Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST may ship the following business day. Orders placed on non-business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) will be processed on the next business day. When possible, orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be processed the same day if received by 3 p.m. EST.
Dieci Colori accepts orders being shipped to U.S. destinations only. We’re sorry, at this time we are unable to accept orders being shipped to international destinations, P.O. Boxes and/or APO /FPO Military Addresses.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & CHARGES
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your order. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during “Checkout.”
Most orders with Standard Service are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order’s ship date.
2nd Day Service
Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order’s ship date. 2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order’s ship date. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.
TRACKING ORDERS & ORDER HISTORY
After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt. When your order is processed, you will receive another email with the tracking number linked to the UPS website, where you can view delivery status. You can also view the status of your order by visiting www.diecicolori.com and logging in to My Account with your user ID and password. Click on “view my order”;. Please note that UPS may not have tracking information available for up to 12 business hours after the order has shipped.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS
The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. We’re sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience. Deliveries to P.O. Box and APO/FPO Military Addresses will not be accepted due to UPS Restrictions.
Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will be shipped to you. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with you Dieci Colori Online Purchase, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of your purchase and we will be happy to refund your account for the full amount of your purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other Dieci Colori products. Please note: there are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.

We are required by law to collect 7% sales tax in the state of NJ. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, not including shipping and handling charges.
