This Hypoallergenic liquid makeup imparts a smooth, natural finish with moderate coverage. It is appropriate for normal to dry skin types. This formula contains water-based emulsions that moisturizes the skin and imparts a soft, natural finish. Vitamin A & E, Panthenol, and Lecithin condition the skin as well.

Tip: After applying moisturizer, dab a small amount of liquid in dots, one section of the face at a time and blend downward. Smooth over with a dry sponge to assure that the product has been evenly applied.
