Eye Primer

Our opaque, cream shadow primer prepares eyes for smooth, long-lasting powder eye shadow application. The creamy white consistency (no-color) allows for the true color of eye shadow to prevail. There is no influence or alternation of the eye shadow color when applied over our primer.

Tip: Using finger or a synthetic brush, place a dab over the eye lid and brow bone areas. Pat-blend from lash line to brows. Follow by applying eye shadow with a sponge applicator for a long-lasting effect.
