This Hypoallergenic liquid makeup imparts a smooth, matte finish with moderate coverage. This formula is appropriate for normal to oily skin types. It is water-based which gives skin a flat, matte finish. Vitamins E, Panthenol, and Lecithin condition the skin while nourishing it as well.

Tip: After applying moisturizer, dab a small amount of liquid in dots one section of the face at a time and blend downward. Smooth over with a dry sponge to assure that the product has been evenly applied.
